- You retain full ownership of your brand assets, website content, and existing intellectual property shared with us.
6. Termination
- We may terminate services if you fail to provide required materials, miss payment deadlines, or violate these terms (we will provide 48 hours’ written notice via email).
- You may terminate services at any time (see Refund Policy for eligibility).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that our recommendations will result in specific business outcomes (e.g., increased traffic, sales) — results depend on third-party factors (e.g., your implementation of recommendations).
