This Refund & Return Policy applies to all website development consultation services (ad-hoc advice, project strategy, tech stack guidance, etc.) and physical deliverables (e.g., printed strategy manuals) provided by Warm View LLC.
Refund Eligibility
- 30-day full refund window: If you cancel your consultation before the scheduled start date/time, you qualify for a 100% full refund of any pre-paid fees.
- 15-day partial refund window: If you cancel after services have commenced but within 15 days of the start date, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of uncompleted work (e.g., 60% refund if 40% of the agreed scope has been delivered).
Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued if:
- Services have been fully completed per the agreed scope;
- You terminate services 15+ days after the start date (due to client preferences, delays, or failure to provide required materials);
- The issue arises from your failure to share accurate, timely information (e.g., brand guidelines, project goals) needed to deliver services.
Returns (Physical Deliverables)
To return unused physical deliverables (e.g., printed strategy documents) for a partial credit:
- Mail items to the address below within 15 days of receipt;
- Items must be in their original, unmarked condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.
Refund Processing
- Submit a refund request via email to
major@warmview.pro(include your order ID and reason for the request); - We will review your request within 2–3 business days;
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
