This policy applies only to physical deliverables (e.g., printed strategy manuals) provided as part of our website development consultation services (most deliverables are digital).
Shipping Eligibility
We ship physical deliverables to addresses within the United States. International shipping is available upon request (contact major@warmview.pro for rates).
Shipping Process
- Processing Time: Physical deliverables are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of service completion.
- Shipping Method: We use USPS First Class Mail (2–5 business days for domestic delivery) unless expedited shipping is requested (additional fees apply).
- Shipping Costs: Domestic shipping costs are included in your service fee for physical deliverables. International shipping costs are quoted separately before checkout.
Risk of Loss
Once physical deliverables are shipped, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages — contact the shipping carrier (USPS) for claims.
Tracking
A shipping tracking number will be sent to your email once your package is dispatched.
